The science says it works, but the real question is whether you're getting the right product. Healthy Bastards is the right product.

Most people are looking for a specific brand review of garcinia cambogia. From a broad perspective, after the famous TV doctor recommended it and called it the “holy grail of weight loss” – you are not going to find many people disputing garcinia’s effectiveness. At least no more than someone who debates how effective Tylenol or Aspirin is at relieving pain.

If you have read reviews saying “garcinia cambogia doesn’t work” – chances are they bought an awful product without the right ingredients. So many products have the wrong ingredient makeup it gives all of garcinia a bad name. It’s the scam-companies cashing in on the hottest diet pill on the market and it’s a shame. Real controlled studies like this one say it’s just fine.

How bad is the ingredient makeup of cheap garcinia? You will find food coloring to make the pills “pretty” as if that matters. You will find fillers that do essentially nothing. Some cheap garcinia products don’t even have HCA (hydrochloric acid), which is the key to making garcinia actually work. You have to be sure you purchase the right product with 60% HCA. And “more HCA” isn’t better. In our tests, higher HCA amounts did not produce more weight loss, in fact, if you buy them you will just wind up lighter in the wallet as they cost a lot more.

We have read reviews where people say it makes them “jittery”, “unable to sleep”, “terrible headaches” – only to find out they bought a garcinia “complex” with caffeine as the main ingredient. That’s just dangerous to sell caffeinated products, and the crash coming down is awful too. Don’t buy a complex. You only want garcinia with 60% HCA from a company you can trust.

And the worst experiences we’ve heard are when people go to a large chain retailer in person to buy garcinia. They buy it at a low cost around $7-12 per bottle, thinking they’re saving money. To their surprise, it runs out in 5 days because it only contains 10 capsules. And it wasn’t even a quality product.

We did the homework for you and found a product that is what garcinia is supposed to be:

  • 1000mg serving of Garcinia with 60% HCA
  • No fillers, artificial ingredients, etc.
  • 15-30 day supply based on how much you push the recommended dose
  • Free Shipping Available

It’s from a brand called Vita-Web. This is what their bottle looks like this.

Check them out here. You won’t regret it. Don’t email us complaining about garcinia if you haven’t tried this one. The brand makes all the difference. If you don’t want to buy from their site, they will be up on on Amazon shortly.
